- Provide an excellent customer service experience;
- Assure final resolutions to customer queries (product information or technical support/troubleshooting or product values, etc) to end-users/suppliers.
- Must speak German (native level);
- Have English knowledge;
- Have customer service or contact center (inbound or outbound) experience;
- Have basics IT skills (MS office).
