To provide a single point of contact for users, dealing with the management of both routine and non-routine incidents, problems and requests being the 1st line of support for incidents.
- Previous experience in Customer Service;
- Previous experience in contact center;
- Good IT knowledge;
- Fluent or Native German Speaker.
