To provide a single point of contact for users, dealing with the management of both routine and non-routine incidents, problems and requests being the 1st line of support for incidents.


  • Previous experience in Customer Service;
  • Previous experience in contact center;
  • Good IT knowledge;
  • Fluent or Native German Speaker.
