Our client is seeking to hire for the Lisbon Office a Customer Relationship Centre Manager (CRC) to lead the CRC team ensuring an efficient, agile and customer-oriented operations.
Define and implement the local CRC vision and strategy by developing a strong continuous improvement spirit in the CRC channel, ensure an efficient, manage an agile and customer-oriented operations both internally and at the outsourcer's, lead the CRC operations and manage the CRC budget.
- University degree or equivalent (commercial or business studies);
- Excellent level of English and communication skill (spoken and written);
- Salesforce knowledge;
- Experience in contact centre environment and team laeding;
- Good capacity for implementation and/or selection of CRC tools (telephony, workforce management, quality coaching, etc);
- Experience in an international and fast-paced environment.
