Our client is a prestigious business group that operates in the automotive sector.

CANDIDATE

This professional will have the following responsibilities:

• Ensuring that customer requirements are being met by requesting feedback regularly;
• Ensure the development of effective quality control processes;
• Ensure that all health and safety guidelines as well as legal obligations are carried out;-
• Ensure the supervision of your team, providing guidance and training when necessary;
• Conduct and manage product/process and system audits;
• Develop and implement key performance indicators, in line whit company objectives;
• Support new projects closely whit other departments to ensure successful industrialization;
• Ensure the monitoring of customer complaints;
• Full budget responsibility for the department;
• Ensure the development of new efficient procedures;
• Responsible for the maintenance of the company Quality Management System;
• Investigate costumer complains and implement corrective actions were appropriate;
• Prepare reports about quality performance.

PROFILE

• Degree in Engineering, Quality, Safety and Environment;
• Minimum experience of 5 years in similar functions;
• Training in FMEA, APQP, MSA, PSCR;
• Training in quality tools: 8D, VDA, LEAN, 5S’s;
• Knowledge of quality standards IATF 16946, ISO 9001;
• Knowledge of environment standards ISO 14001;
• Proficiency in English (eliminating factor).
