A multinational company in the electrical household appliances business, located in Lisbon, is looking for an Officer Manager.
- Compiling, uploading, and updating sales orders information;
- Downloading and distributing reports and documents from customer portals;
- Collecting and releasing data and supporting elements for the execution and analysis of promotional campaigns
- Maintaining data archives with SAP reports, MDM information and PSS data files;
- Updating weekly stock, sales and activity reports;
- Submitting forms and documentation within the required deadlines;
- Supporting the preparation of monthly activity and data reports requested by global headquarters;
- Opening and following up complaints and processes with the customer portals;
- Following up debit notes and credit notes and completes related processes;
- In collaboration with other functions, preparing yearly budget, periodic forecasts and Long Term Plan of the company;
- Assisting the coordination between the different departments of the company for the implementation of B2C actions, events and similar occasions;
- Developing information reports and responding to company queries assigned by management.
Requirements for you to be successful
- Problem solving, decision making, team working skills
- MS excel knowledge
- SAP SD- FI knowledge is a plus
- Analytical skills
- Min 2 years’ experience in similar roles
- English (advanced)
