The EGOR Group, in the Outsourcing area, is recruiting Assistants for a Multinational Multilingual Customer Services located in Oporto, Braga and Lisbon.
- Answering customer concerns by phone, in a single or dual language, considering the following idioms: Portuguese, English, Spanish, French, Italian, Russian, Turkish, German, Polish, Greek, Dutch and Swedish;
- Resolving customer inquiries/requests, ensuring appropriate and timely approach;
- Maintaining and updating files.
LOCATION AND WORKING HOURS
- Oporto, Braga or Lisbon;
- Shifts between Monday to Sunday – 07AM to 07PM.
- High school diploma (minimum)/graduate;
- Customer service experience, preferable in a business process outsourcing context;
- Effective verbal and written communication skills in one of the required idioms (C1 level) and in English.
