The EGOR Group, in the Outsourcing area, is recruiting Assistants for its French Phone Customer Service Care.

FUNCTION

  • Answering customer concerns by phone;
  • Resolving customer inquiries/requests, ensuring appropriate and timely approach;
  • Maintaining and updating files.

LOCATION AND WORKING HOURS

  • Braga;
  • Shifts between Monday to Sunday – 07AM to 07PM.

REQUIREMENTS

  • High school diploma (minimum)/graduate;
  • Customer service experience, preferable in a business process outsourcing context;
  • Effective verbal and written French communication skills.
