This professional will report to the Head of IT Deputy, the role will support technical necessities in local Systems in a timely and structured manner, working closely with the Network/Server/Security team solving problems/necessities for internal customers.
- 3 years of experience in Client Technical Support roles;
- Working Knowledge on Windows Operating Systems and MS Products;
- Good english communicating skills (written and verbal).
