We are a Start UP Dutch company specialized in the development of high-speed corporate applications with a low code platform from OutSystems. We are located in Utrecht, Netherlands.

At the present stage, we are looking for OutSystems Experts to join our Team.

 

ROLE

  • Advising customers about a sustainable OutSystems application architecture and landscape
  • Collaboratively set-up of application roadmaps enabling customer innovation to move away from IT legacy landscape (Land & Expand)
  • Helping customers to understand the benefits of a low-code platform by delivering workshops demonstrating the capabilities of the OutSystems platform
  • Active OutSystems community member with one contribution each quarter. In example by submitting components to the Forge, presenting at NextStep events, organizing online TechTalks etc.
  • Being recognized as thought leader for OutSystems development measured by posting once a month or more on LinkedIn
  • Motivating, coaching and evaluating the performance of the team members.
  • Determining the best practices for developing in OutSystems, setting standards and making sure they are executed.

Technical Skills:

  • Analysis & Design Solution Design, Requirements gathering, SQL Programming Solid knowledge of SQL and experience in data modeling and database design;
  • Front-End Knowledgeable on HTML, CSS, Javascript and JQuery;
  • Development Languages C# or Java
  • Integration REST & SOAP
  • Performance – Assess application performance and optimize application code
  • Front-End, back-end and batch processing
Our Big Hairy Audacious Goal is to become a Top-5 European OutSystems partner within the next 5 years. Our first-year objective was to establish ourselves and to be recognized as an added value partner in the OutSystems community. We have passed this station successfully.

We offer you the following conditions:

Gross annual salary: €60-€90k depending on experience and track record of the candidate; Mobility Budget €800 per month; possibility to participate in the Member Stock Purchase Plan; Pension budget 11% of gross salary including free consult with financial planner; Free lunch at our office; Support in application process for 30% tax ruling and Relocation Support.
